God is good ALL THE TIME> REJOICE TODAY.
We are looking at the "Prophetic Significance of Temple and Tabernacle Furniture and Apparel."
We will look at their meaning and how it points prophetically to NOW and the LORD.
In particular We will look at the menorah from another angle than I've taught before. Please See Facebook for the other teaching on the menorah.
The Menorah deals with biblical prophecy and reveals the PLAN OF GOD. It was made from 1 Oz of PURE Gold. Representing Unity of the faith and the church. we see the menorah in Exodus 25;36 It is " THE LAMP OF GOD"
He is such a God of Order, everything He designed has great significance back then and STILL TODAY.
The Menorah is such an important piece that was designed and created by God.
It is the candle stick.. You see in The tabernacle of Moses and again later in the Temple made by Solomon
It is shaped as the TREE OF LIFE... this was in the Garden of Eden in GENESIS.
This has 7 Branches and a Rod that runs through the whole 7 candle sticks.
The tree of life in the Garden of Eden Kept Adam and Eve alive.. Full of LIFE LIGHT ILLUMINATION.
Here is the description again of The Tree of Life in Revelation 22:2 the end of the bible.
"In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations."
Ezekiel 47:12
"And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine."
Jesus is the source of LIFE and throughout time.. GOD has been the source of LIFE.. even from the beginning... John 1.. and that LIFE is now in men.. We are His LIFE and LIGHT. Thank you LORD.
One of the most Holy Fruits in Israel is the POMEGRANTE. Do a study!
It is prophetic.. It has a natural Crown head...Symbol of Christ, Symbol of KINGSHIP. Inside the fruit holds according to Rabbis. 316 seeds.. For the 316 deeds ( mitzvot) in the bible.
Also Pomegranate's are wonderful for the NEW YEAR.. which we are entering into now. 24 September 2014 is Rosh Hashanah.
They are used before eating to ensue that are good deeds for the coming year as plentiful as the seeds in the pomegranate!
Hebrew = Rimon/ Pomegranate.
We see Pomegranates on the clothes of the High priests and In the temple that Solomon and the Lord built.
They are the MOST HOLIEST of FRUIT!
The tree of life has 12 types of fruit and this is significant with the furniture and sacred vessels in the tabernacle and temple.
Lets take a look
12 Vessels We see in the tabernacle of Moses and the temple of Solomon are:
Brass Altar
Table of Showbread
Menorah
Altar of incense
Golden Altar
Ark of the Covenant
Mercy Seat lid where the Cherubim were
Tablets of the law
Basins for offerings
Veil with Embroidered cherubs
Shovels and knives used for sacrifice
Vessels to remove ashes and cleaning of the Menorah.
These pieces of holy furniture and apparel are sources of LIFE where the only death was the death of animals and this was a picture of CHRIST.
6 Pieces of Furniture and its significance lets take a look
Firstly 6 is number of Man
BRASS ALTAR - Number of man and Salvation
LAVER- Water baptism
MENORAH- 7 manifestations of the spirit of GOD
SHOWBREAD TABLE- 12 main Doctrine's of New Testament
GOLDEN ALTAR - 11 types of incense used signifying 11 types of prayer
ARK OF THE NEW COVENENT - Salvation, tablets of the law, Manna, Rod, sanctification
All these piece of specific furniture have to do with one thing MANKIND.
Lets go to my favourite piece the Menorah. - Look above see what was written.
It had 3 knobs Representing God Head.. FATHER, SON and HOLY SPIRIT.
Its represents the 7 manifestations of the Glory of God ..
His 7 Spirits..
Zechariah 4:2 "And he said to me, 'What do you see?' So I said, 'I am looking, and there is a lampstand of solid gold with a bowl on top of it, and on the stand seven lamps with seven pipes to the seven lamps.'"
Zechariah 4:6 "So he answered and said to me: This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: 'Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,' Says the LORD of hosts."
Zechariah 4:10 tells us that these seven (lamps) are the eyes of the Lord. This also agrees with Revelation 3:6, but also included in the Revelation passage is reference to the seven horns.
The Seven Eyes--These seven eyes represent spiritual vision. Jesus had 20/20 spiritual vision. These eyes represent the ability to see by the Spirit into the Spirit world.
The Seven Horns--Prophetically, horns represent spiritual authority (power). Jesus has been given all authority in heaven and on earth (Matthew 28:18). Again, the number seven indicates complete authority.
The Seven Lamps of Fire--Represent the baptism of the Holy Spirit. John the Baptist said that Jesus will baptize with the Holy Spirit and fire. Zechariah tells us that the temple will be built, "not by might nor by power (of men), but by My Spirit, says the Lord of Hosts." It then stands to reason that the latter temple (New Testament church) would be built by the Holy Spirit. The fire of the Spirit is first purifying, and then the power of the Spirit will be demonstrated through those who are baptized by the Holy Spirit.
Now lets take a look at HIS SPIRITS Those which SHOULD BE OPERATING IN THE CHURCH TODAY.
"The "seven Spirits" represent the sevenfold ministry of the Spirit as depicted in Isaiah 11:2
As it is written in the Holy Bible in Isaiah, 2
" And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD; Isaiah 11:2 (KJV). Including the Spirit of the Lord, and the spirits of wisdom, of understanding, of counsel, of might, of knowledge and of fear of the LORD, here are represented the seven spirits, which are before the throne of God.["
The Spirit of the LORD.. - this is the CENTRAL SHAFT CANDLE JESUS ( Jesus is the living word, The bread of Life, the truth the way The door the good shepherd, He is the Alpha Omega Please study Jesus his name and what that entails,. IT IS HUGE!!!!!!! Him the centre of us.. Him in US. that what we have in us. PRAISE GOD! Jesus is HEAD of the CHURCH.. Many have pushed him out through religious spirits.. through heresies.. through divination and complacency! NO MORE!!!!! JESUS must always be the head and by CENTRAL... He lives in us.. CENTRE OF US. anyone who doesn't put Jesus is not placing Him LORD OF ALL.. and he is. LORD OF ALL> only when the church wakes up and releases this will his SPIRIT MOVE TRUELLY!
The Spirit of WISDOM-- Wisdom guys we need it more than ever. PROVERBS 4:7 Wisdom is a principal thing "Wisdom is the principal thing;
therefore get wisdom: and with all your getting get understanding."
Wisdom of the Lord is what gives you the Guidance. You need to make choices To live and To KNOW! Prophetically Gifts of words of wisdom are awesome.. they can come through deep knowledge (a KNOWING).
The FAKE is divination. We need to watch out and operate in GODS WISDOM in the church and not anything else.
The Spirit of UNDERSTANDING- Understanding Is Comprehending.. Revelation. Illumination. Seeing past the deception to TRUTH. Like a Light bulb that goes on in a dark room everything that was in the dark is now shown and seen and understood. Also like the mist moving out the way so you can see ahead. Understanding gives you a perspective of truth and reality. Its helps the focus be on what it should be. CLARITY. Understanding the truth the word!
The Spirit of COUNSEL -
The Spirit of KNOWLEDGE-- knowledge proceeds after wisdom according the bible. Its true wisdom is PRIMARY... Then Knowledge. How do we become Knowledgeable in the things of the LORD?
ONLY by being in His WILL - His word.. His presence. Spending time in things of the kingdom and not the world.
Oh the world has nothing to offer you I hear.. the world is full of poison. Come soak in my word daily come sit in my presence. Come see that the Lord is GOOD and his MERCY ENDUREs forever Father says!
The gift operating here is word of knowledge. Now I roll in this gift And it is some time's not comfortable. When the Lord shows you what someone is suffering with As in PAIN. ILLNESS.. Emotion.. In my early days I was so confused as the gift operated. Yet I didn't know it was word of knowledge. NOW I instantly know its of the Lord. that comes with REVELATION.. WISDOM KNOWLEDGE. We must grow beloved people. We must grow. READ and STAY in Gods word. That is where KNOWLEDGE comes.. We are renewed washed by the watering of what? the word Its ALIVE Hebrew 4:12
The Spirit of FEAR OF THE LORD- Those who fear the Lord know it isn't a fear that is frightened.. NO a REVERENCE And awe... it is not emotion based like fright the devil uses fear.. Which is the opposite of Faith. FEAR False evidence appearing real.
No this type of FEAR is |AWE... after all God your Father and Creator made the Heavens,.,. the universe the stars... Galaxies.. and Made us.. every hair o n our head. NUMBERED Genesis 1;1 Psalms 33;6 Do a study and get a grasp on HOW BIG GOD IS>. He is INFINATE.. UNLIMITED... He is GREAT.. the beginning and end. he is BEFORE TIME!. he is HUGE.. and he is loves us and created us as sins and daughters.. Knowledge!!!!! its FOUNDATION>>> that is UNSHAKABLE!
Note so far only scratching the surface of this teaching.. You can go so in-depth on each and please do.. God loves us studying it shows us approved as the bible says. Note is shows that all mingle in to together CONNNECTED to one another just as the Menorah is..
These are the seven facets or manifestations of the Holy Spirit in the believer's life:
1. The Spirit of Justification: "...you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God." We are all justified because of God's grace and by our faith, and it is the Spirit of God who draws us and empowers us to acknowledge Jesus as our Lord and Savior (1 Corinthians 12:3). This is the first work of the Spirit when one is born again. (1 Corinthians 6:11) And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.
2. The Spirit of Sanctification: 2 Thessalonians 2:13, "...God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth." Sanctification is the process of God's grace by which the believer is separated from sin, purified by life lived in the Spirit. (Galatians 5:16, 25 and Romans 8:1-14) The fruit of the Spirit will begin to manifest as we yield to the process of sanctification.
3. The Spirit of Life: Romans 8:2, "For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death." This is the Spirit of adoption (Romans 8:15) which makes us the sons of God (Romans 8:16-19). We can now live in the resurrection power of Christ where the operation of the gifts of the Spirit cause our lives to become supernatural. The Spirit will give life to our mortal bodies. Healing and strength will come into our bodies of flesh (Romans 8:11) as well as giving us a glorified body in that day.
4. The Spirit of Truth: John 14:17 "The Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you." The truth will set us free. The truth will bring revelation knowledge as we are taught by the Holy Spirit. The Spirit of truth will reveal Jesus to us (John 15:26). Vision will be given to lead us into all truth and reveal the kingdom to us. Deception will be removed, and the lies destroyed.
5. The Spirit of Wisdom: Ephesians 1:17, "That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him." Not only will the Spirit give us a knowledge of Jesus, but it will give us insight into His mind and what He is doing (1 Corinthians 2:6-16). The Holy Spirit is our teacher (John 14:26).
6. The Spirit of Deliverance: Matthew 12:28 "But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you." It is by the power of the Holy Spirit that we are delivered from sin and by that same Spirit demons are cast out and the powers of darkness are defeated.
7. The Spirit of Prayer: Romans 8:26, "Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered." Ephesians 6:18 tells us that all prayer should be done in the Spirit.
These are the seven profound works that the Holy Spirit will do in our lives. If we allow Him to do these works in and through us, He will perfect us. There are other names of the Holy Spirit in scripture such as the Spirit of holiness, burning, etc. However, they will all be identified in the seven functions which I have listed
